Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in policy enforcement, content operations, content moderation, policy creation, program management, operations management, process design, risk, account security, compliance or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, and visualization/dashboards.
Experience working in Trust and Safety, Fraud, Risk Assessment capacity within a technical company.
Ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you will work with a global team from Policy, Enforcement, Product, Engineering, Tools, Legal and other teams to prevent violative content from appearing on the site. With tools and technology, you will evaluate abuse trends and quality within vendor operations, and develop creative solutions to address quality, workflows and processes. You will review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

Enforce YouTube’s misinformation content policies and ensure high quality policy enforcement.
Oversee YouTube’s Deceptive Practices workflow including tooling improvements and scaled workflow optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on misinformation issues and clearly communicate initiatives to the broader organization, including local teams.
Execute elections integrity strategy across YouTube in close partnership with Legal, Product, Engineering, Intel, Google Trust and Safety and YouTube Trust and Safety Content Policy.
Manage escalations in the misinformation space while ensuring high quality enforcement and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
