Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in policy writing to translate information into clear, concise, and guidelines.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in leading design and implementation of enforcement and operations for new and existing product launches on YouTube.
Experience with metrics/Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) management of enforcement and operations across product portfolios.
Ability to design and drive projects to completion that result in significant workflow/process improvements.

Responsibilities:
Lead enforcement and operations management for YouTube livestream, new products and YouTube’s cross policy workflows.
Manage escalations with turn-around time to define the best plan and provide updates to executives.
Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations and Engineering to solve problems and drive innovations.
Define and measure performance metrics to assess the business impact of process improvements.
Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube’s community guidelines.
