About the job:

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.

As a Policy Enforcement Manager dedicated to enforcing the policies of YouTube’s Partner Program (YPP), you will help drive the overall strategy and enforcement approach for all policies in this area. The role will require working with a cross-functional team across Policy Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, Ads Policy and Scaled Abuse to operationalize scalable policies that minimize brand risk to the platform while also educating Creators. This role requires thinking through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas (e.g., Reused content, Inauthentic Content, Misleading content, Adult, Kids, etc.) while developing processes that are consistent and resilient to protect the ecosystem. This role will require review of graphic, controversial, and offensive video content at times. This role will also require on-call work on weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
