The Role
As a pivotal member of the Support Team, your role focuses on maintaining a safe and trustworthy learning environment. You will be instrumental in responding to trust, safety, and content moderation inquiries, ensuring compliance with DMCA regulations and our internal policies. Your efforts will support our mission by helping maintain a secure, inclusive platform conducive to learning.
It’s required that you be very disciplined in working autonomously and that you be determined, self-directed, and driven.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to user inquiries and reports of violations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring a high level of service in sensitive situations
Enforce community guidelines, privacy policies, and copyright laws, including DMCA compliance, to protect our users and their rights
Work directly with users to resolve issues related to trust and safety, including content disputes and inappropriate behavior, ensuring they understand and adhere to our policies
Collaborate with User Operations and Trust and Safety team to uphold and enhance safety protocols, contributing to the ongoing development of our policy enforcement strategies
Maintain accurate records of interactions, decisions, and actions taken, supporting transparency and accountability in handling trust and safety issues

What We Expect From You:
Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field, with a strong understanding of community management within a technology or educational environment
Familiarity with legal compliance, especially concerning DMCA and intellectual property issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing sensitive issues with empathy and precision
Proven ability to navigate high-pressure situations, making informed decisions that reflect both user needs and company policies
A collaborative spirit and a strong commitment to ethical practices, ensuring all actions support our community-focused values
