Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber security, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in content policy, anti-abuse and reviewing online content.
Experience with spreadsheets, databases SQL and data analytics.
Experience with quality and training processes.
Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
Ability to work through ambiguity and grow in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Own and manage policy escalations from internal creator facing teams.
Review and manage escalations from graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube’s community guidelines, ensuring high-quality and fair enforcement by considering creator perspectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to resolve disputes and clearly communicate policy decisions.
Identify trends and insights within escalations to drive projects that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall creator policy experience.
Conduct data analysis to provide insights that inform leadership's strategic policy decisions.
