  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management, business strategy, partner operations, or a related field, with a focus on digital content monetization policies.
  • Experience in designing and driving educational, instructional, or training programs including multimedia instructional content.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Produced high-quality educational assets across various media formats, with experience working with digital Content Management Systems (CMS) and scaled learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape, programmatic monetization, digital publishing, and trust-based platform policies.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex technical, legal, or policy jargon into clear and accessible narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing high-stakes, matrixed, and cross-functional projects.
  • Skilled in leveraging data analytics and user behavior dashboards to derive strategic insights and evaluate program performance, with excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. We support our monetization partners at the intersection of platform safety and business growth. As part of Trust and Safety Monetization (TSM), we act as the operational bridge to the Global Business Organization (GBO). We ensure our partners have the clarity and support to focus on scaling their business while we maintain a safe, low-friction environment across the monetization network.

In the role of Monetization Experience Education Specialist, your mission is to shift our ecosystem from reactive support to proactive partnership by architecting and deploying high-impact educational frameworks. By collaborating closely with Account Management and Policy teams, you will decode complex compliance rules into actionable knowledge—empowering publishers and advertisers to navigate our business generation ecosystem successfully and transparently. You will require a passion for professional education, excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and facilitate global educational programs, onboarding modules, and interactive workshops to deepen ecosystem mastery of platform mechanics and policy standards internally and externally.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to audit partner touchpoints, identify systemic misunderstandings, and transform high-friction topics into user-friendly documentation and intuitive, actionable guidance.
  • Oversee and maintain centralized learning repositories, help centers, and multimedia assets to ensure content remains accurate, current, and aligned with evolving platform updates.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of educational outreach. Track performance metrics and identify pain points and iteratively scale training efficacy. Synthesize data into executive-level briefings to track progress.
  • Architect and execute targeted internal and external communication campaigns to boost the visibility, adoption, and scaling of educational tools across the publisher landscape.
