Responsibilities

  • Work with teams across Meta to deliver processes, tools, products, infrastructure, and decisions that help us honor people’s privacy in everything we do.
  • Support the execution of industry leading privacy programs.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate and interface with internal stakeholders, as well as colleagues and business partners.
  • Track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure user privacy is not compromised.
  • Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology and privacy programs.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and 36 months of experience in Job offered or related occupation
  • Experience must include 36 months involving the following:
  • Consulting, business operations, technical program management or other operational disciplines
  • Successfully managing short and long-term cross-functional projects
  • Program management with leadership in execution of large-scale programs
  • Process design and process improvement in a complex cross functional environment
  • One of the following: privacy and data protection, operational risk management, compliance, audit and implementation of control frameworks, privacy by design, information security, adversarial spaces, or incident management. Working in a technical environment influencing stakeholders and engineering teams and
  • Working with or in support of diverse communities


$203,053/year to $211,176/year + bonus + equity + benefits
