The Platform Responsibility team is bringing disruptive innovation to content safety through the deep application of AI. We are building next-generation infrastructure that leverages advanced LLMs to reshape risk detection and governance. Responsibilities
1. Strategy Planning & DevelopmentResponsible for safety strategy product work in TikTok Live scenarios. Gain deep insights into the live streaming ecosystem risks (including content violations, fraud/scams, minor protection, and dangerous behaviors such as distracted driving). Develop and iterate on full-lifecycle risk control strategies.
2. Product Solution ImplementationTranslate complex safety control requirements into clear product logic and system capabilities. Complete the end-to-end product loop of "algorithm interception, human moderation intervention, and user education/appeals."
3. Data-Driven OptimizationEstablish and improve the core metric system for live safety. Based on massive data analysis and user feedback, track strategy performance (recall, precision, disturbance rate, etc.). Continuously optimize strategy effectiveness through A/B testing and other methodologies.
4.Cross-Regional & Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a core hub, collaborating closely with global operations, legal, public relations, algorithm, and engineering teams to drive the successful delivery of large-scale cross-functional projects.
5. Compliance & LocalizationMonitor changes in global policies, regulations, and cultural differences. Ensure that live safety strategies meet the localization compliance requirements and cultural standards of different countries and regions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years of experience in internet strategy products, risk control, Trust & Safety, or content/moderation governance.
- AI & LLM Application Proficiency: Familiar with the latest technological developments in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal models.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in risk control and content governance. Able to explore and drive the implementation of LLMs in live safety scenarios (e.g., complex violation context understanding, intelligent risk content interception, human moderation efficiency improvement, and combating evolving illicit industries).
- Data Insight & Analysis: Strong logical thinking and high data sensitivity. Proficient in SQL and various data analysis tools, with solid experience in A/B testing. Able to uncover fraud patterns and the essence of violations through massive data and badcase analysis.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to drive goals in a complex matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in live streaming risk control or global business safety compliance is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in AI/LLM strategy application is a strong plus.
