Responsibilities
About the Team
We are the Product team within the TnS-Regional Safety & Risk Response. We collaborate closely with Regional Safety & Risk Response operational teams and XFN teams to provide a end-to-end product solutions with tooling support for minimizing external escalations and ban risks, ensuring the safe operation of large-scale events and civic processes, and responding appropriately to any crises that arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on risk detection, response, and containment strategy and capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Policy, Legal, PR, GR) to design and deliver effective solutions.
- Prioritize product requirements based on impact, scalability, compliance, and business needs, balancing short-term mitigation with long-term resilience.
- Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimize systems to improve efficiency and reduce extreme, reputational, and conpliance risks.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years work experience with E2E product design and data analysis ability.
- Proven track record in Trust & Safety, Risk, Security, or related industries.
- Strong ability to design systems that integrate data signals, automation, and operational processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous risks into clear product strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to impact and align with XFN teams.
- Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in risk intelligence, detection platforms, or large-scale incident response systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory, reputational, and operational risks in global tech platforms.
- Background in data science, machine learning, or automation-driven products.
