Responsibilities
About the team
The team is responsible for translating business demands into system and workflow solutions executed by operations teams, while constantly enhancing the tools, processes and metrics for sustainable operational excellence. We do this through business product intake, execution of safety strategies requiring operation work, designing and implementing systems, process and tooling solutions, and conducting comprehensive operations analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the General Product Operations Team, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor, develop, and coach team members to enhance their skills and achieve their career goals. Foster a collaborative and positive work culture within the team.
- Support the launch and ramp-up of new features, ensuring operational readiness and safety measures are in place.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and execution of new product features.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on operational performance, process improvements, and resource needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, team management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of moderation processes, product development cycles, and operational workflows.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience with platform tools and systems, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech, safety, or content moderation industries.
- Knowledge of efficiency, quality process, metrics and performance tracking systems.

Content that this role interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. Hence, it is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis. ​
