Product Operations Specialist, Media (Trust & Safety)

Safety Operation builds a secure ecosystem for users and businesses. As a Product Operation Specialist, you will bridge data, compliance, and technical execution to scale safety initiatives across the platform.

What you will do

• Operational Excellence: Design standardized SOPs and collaborate with developers to automate manual workflows, ensuring high productivity and scalability;
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze feedback from various channels and operational data to build health dashboards and conduct root-cause analysis for continuous improvement;
• Product Enablement: Lead GTM (Go To Market) execution for safety features, manage complex system configurations, and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base;
• Internal Tooling: Lead the design and development of internal operational tools to streamline tasks, enhance system management, and achieve operational targets;
• Cross-functional Coordination: Align Product, Tech, and Legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product safety standards;
• Performance Management: Establish crisis escalation protocols and track team KPIs/OKRs to ensure top-tier operational performance.

What you will need

• At least 2 years of experience in product operations, BA, trust & safety, or operational excellence in the digital/e-commerce space;
• Strong background in process design (SOPs), workflow automation, and operational quality metrics (SLA, Error Rate);
• Solid understanding of Vietnam's regulatory landscape, including cybersecurity and data privacy is a plus;
• Proficient in Excel/ SQL and data visualization tools for deep-dive analysis;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align senior stakeholders across technical and legal domains;
• Proactive, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
