Monetization Integrity Ops plays a critical role in supporting TikTok's Trust & Safety objectives. Our primary focus is on delivering high-quality content moderation at optimal cost, ensuring minimal exposure of both the platform and advertisers to high-risk content.


From an advertiser's perspective, we are committed to driving consistency and accuracy in moderation outcomes, whether automated or human-led, so that brands can build trusted, long-term, and mutually beneficial commercial relationships with TikTok.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Safety Management

- Design and implement comprehensive safety frameworks for Monetization Integrity Ops platforms (Comments, Messaging).

- Define and manage key operational metrics (e.g., CGVR, TCOA, moderation/model performance) to ensure high standards of efficiency and quality.

- Establish standards for safety initiatives, including workforce planning, enforcement mechanisms, and accuracy benchmarks.


2. End-to-End Process & Project Management

- Lead the full lifecycle of safety-related projects—from planning and design to execution and continuous optimization.

- Ensure processes are structured to meet operational excellence standards through rigorous workflow and performance monitoring.

- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across project stages.


3. Data Analysis & Strategic Insights

- Analyze business needs/ demands to extract actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategic improvements.

- Monitor and evaluate project performance using internal tools and platforms.

- Drive data-backed initiatives to enhance moderation quality, efficiency, and scalability.


4. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

- Build the strong partnership through business alignments, strategies & updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, progress, and key risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Policy, Operations) to define and execute moderation strategies.

- Ensure alignment with organizational goals, company policies, and industry standards. 5. Process Optimization & Innovation

- Conduct in-depth evaluations of existing moderation processes, tools, and policies to identify areas for improvement.

- Lead transformation initiatives including process redesign, technology implementation, and automation.

- Champion continuous improvement and innovation within moderation operations.


Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent).

- 2+ years of experience in Content moderation operations, quality operations, or related fields.

- Proven experience designing and implementing quality frameworks and operational strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.

- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in process redesign, automation, and technology implementation.

- Familiarity with moderation tooling, machine learning model evaluation, or safety systems at scale.

- Experience working in high-growth tech or platform-based environments.
