āœ… What You’ll Do:


  • Own the real-time health and performance of the Noise platform across both Brands and Creators
  • Act as the first line of defense for product issues, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems at their core
  • Be the bridge between end users and the Product and Engineering teams, turning chaos and edge cases into clear solutions
  • Drive platform integrity and trust by ensuring high-quality activity across the marketplace
  • Identify patterns in issues and push for product, tooling, and automation improvements
  • Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to ship fixes and make the system stronger over time
  • Help scale Noise by reducing manual work and improving how the platform operates end-to-end



🫵 Who You Are:


  • 0–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, operations, support, product, or technical role)
  • Highly resourceful and self-directed. You figure things out quickly without waiting for instructions
  • Strong problem-solver who enjoys digging into messy, ambiguous issues
  • Comfortable with technical systems: you don’t need to be a full engineer, but you can think logically and debug problems
  • Excellent communicator: clear, concise, and fast when working with users and internal teams
  • Thrive in high-speed environments where priorities shift and new problems appear daily
  • High ownership mindset. When something breaks, you take responsibility until it’s fixed
  • Detail-oriented and decisive: you can make judgment calls without getting stuck



🤩 Nice-to-Haves:


  • Experience working at a startup, marketplace, or high-growth tech company
  • Familiarity with tools like Supabase, Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Discord, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Basic technical skills (SQL, APIs, logs, debugging, etc.)
  • Experience in product ops, QA, trust & safety, or similar roles
  • Experience working directly with end-users (customers, creators, clients, etc.)
