Summary:
We build AI agent products that Company's employees use to enhance their productivity. Our goal is to create a world where agents handle most tasks, allowing people to direct, review, and improve processes. Our trust team ensures these products are shipped quickly and safely. The role involves coordinating and tracking recurring work such as incidents, operating cadence, and product reviews, allowing product leads to focus on decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage trust, privacy, and security incidents, ensuring each is tracked to closure with a designated owner and date.
- Maintain the status of long-term fixes post-incident mitigation and highlight recurring patterns to product leads.
- Run the team's operating cadence, including a weekly core team meeting and a biweekly cross-functional leadership forum, ensuring agendas, notes, decisions, and actions are followed through.
- Keep the program tracker accurate with current owners, next dates, dependencies, and evidence for each item.
- Track roadmap milestones, identify potential slippage, and draft weekly program updates.
- Route product teams to the appropriate internal review on time and track the review pipeline.
- Prepare review materials, record decisions and conditions, and ensure follow-up until conditions are met.
Qualifications
- Experience running program operations for a technical team, including meeting cadence, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience tracking cross-team work to closure without direct management of the teams involved.
- Strong written communication skills, including notes, status updates, and decision records that are actionable without follow-up conversations.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams on a recurring operating rhythm.
- Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities, with good judgment on escalation.
Skills
- Experience in security, privacy, trust and safety, risk, or compliance program management.
- Familiarity with incident management and remediation tracking.
- Experience preparing materials for product, privacy, or risk review processes.
- Experience with AI or machine learning products.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline operational work and verify outputs.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75.00 - $80.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
