The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Trust and Safety (T&S) has the metrics and tools in place to proactively detect any quality-related issues throughout its expansive enforcement and labeling ecosystem, while leveraging Applied AI to drive efficiency and scalability in our quality management processes.
  • Own and maintain the quality measurement and reporting strategy for a high-complexity portfolio of product areas, including building system-level insight reporting that supports hybrid and automated moderation environments.
  • Develop product-level expertise to be able to design and maintain the quality measurement system and strategy to meet evolving business needs.
  • Represent T&S quality and gain consensus from cross-functional leadership around quality measurement. Use data to tell stories that drive upstream product/policy improvements.
  • Detect quality issues and risks associated with lack of separate oversight, and initiate root-cause corrective actions to maintain high precision and recall goals.
