About the Department
The Video Safety Operations – Product and Process Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring TikTok remains a safe, reliable, and scalable platform for its global community. The team partners closely with Product, Policy, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate new product features, policy updates, and operational improvements into scalable workflows that support Trust & Safety operations worldwide.

The VSO PPS Quality Solutions team is a global, dynamic and iterative team. We actively champion holistic quality and evaluation strategies to identify the root cause of moderation quality lapses, and design systematic solutions which can scale across diverse markets and operational realities. We emphasise business output and work ethic, and also support one another for shared growth.

About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will work on high-impact strategic initiatives that improve overall human accuracy in moderation quality. This requires end to end ownership from strategy design, project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder influence. Your owned program may involve new product features, content moderation and labelling workflows, calibration and training aspects, and will be required to launch at global scale. This role offers exposure to complex operational systems, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end project ownership within one of the most dynamic areas of the platform.

Your success as Program Manager will be measured by business output achieved from the project you own, and your ability to display strong stakeholder management skills and futureproofing use of AI methodologies and platforms to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of daily work. You will have demonstrable strategic sense and a grounded understanding of frontline operations in moderation or tangential fields.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify opportunities to improve Overall Human Accuracy (OHA) of human moderators, both for existing programs and in ideating new initiatives
- Immerse in holistic understanding of the moderator lifecycle to identify risks in moderation quality lapses, both controllable and uncontrollable, and define follow-through exhaustively
- Design program strategy in line with the business metric of OHA, with a focus on calibration, training, and root cause analysis
- Contribute to leadership-facing forums with succinct communication skills and high data literacy

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrable familiarity with frontline operations, whether in moderation, service, or other adjacent fields
- Proven results in setup, execution, and follow through of high visibility projects which involve both global strategic teams and market frontline operations teams
- Clear communication skills with a strong ability to be succinct and influence cross functional, cross-cultural stakeholders, of varying seniority levels
- High bias to action, self-driven, proactive

Preferred Qualifications
- Ideal candidate would also have used and shown initial results with AI-enabled workflows, feature building, or other use cases with actual business application
