About the Team
The Video Safety Operations – Product and Process Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring TikTok remains a safe, reliable, and scalable platform for its global community. The team partners closely with Product, Policy, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate new product features, policy updates, and operational improvements into scalable workflows that support Trust & Safety operations worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive operational projects end-to-end, supporting the rollout of new product features, moderation processes, and workflow improvements across Video Safety Operations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Policy, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to gather requirements, align on implementation strategies, and ensure successful execution.
- Design and improve operational workflows that support large-scale content moderation systems, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
- Support change management and feature launches, including implementation planning, process documentation, and operational readiness for new initiatives.
- Analyze operational data and workflow performance to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
- Track project milestones and implementation progress, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and projects are delivered on schedule.
- Help scale global operational initiatives, working with regional teams to support various project launches.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or above in Business, Operations, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or manage complex projects, such as research initiatives, internships, consulting projects, or student leadership roles.
- Experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting, data analysis, or technical systems) and/or customer operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions including engineering and technical teams
- Highly organized with strong execution and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
- Excellent communication in both spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications
- More than 2 years of experience in delivery management and content safety-related work.
- Capable of driving projects involving multiple businesses and roles for smooth progress and implementation
- Experience with machine learning concepts, LLM applications, or AI/ML product development

Content that this role interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
