Overview


We are seeking a Project Management & Product Specialist to drive the governance and execution of our Safety and Risk operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Safety, Engineering and Operations, ensuring that risk mitigation strategies are translated into structured projects with clear milestones. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of safety initiatives, from operational process design to technical requirement gathering.


Core Responsibilities


  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and govern high-impact Risk & Safety projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s security standards.
  • Product development: Be supportative within the product initiatives, ensuring the needs of the operations would be translated into the safety products within the app and operations
  • Operational Framework Design: Build and standardize workflows for Safety teams, ensuring that risk policies are not just theoretical but effectively integrated into daily operations.
  • Technical Interface & Requirements: Serve as support for the "Technical PM," translating complex operational pain points into structured insights and relevant documentation for the business itself
  • Data-Driven Monitoring: Actively use SQL to track project performance, monitor risk KPIs, and define the data architecture needed to measure the success of safety initiatives, beyond that, ensure the insights and numbers will be translated into strategies
  • Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Ops, and Eng), managing expectations and resolving roadblocks to ensure project fluidity.


Requirements and Qualifications


  • Project Management Expertise: Solid experience in PMO or PM roles, managing complex project portfolios
  • Trust & Safety Background: Previous experience in Risk Management, Fraud, or Trust & Safety operations is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Autonomy: Intermediate SQL skills are mandatory. You must be able to query databases independently to validate project impact and operational health.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to navigate between "high-level" executive reporting and "low-level" technical discussions with developers.
  • Hands-on Execution:
  • A builder’s mindset—someone who can lead end to end projects.
