About Job

Job Summary:**

Centific Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Moderator-1 to support project operations by ensuring content quality, adherence to guidelines, and efficient workflow within designated projects. This role involves reviewing and moderating various forms of content to maintain platform integrity and user experience.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, according to established guidelines and policies.
* Identify and escalate complex or ambiguous content issues to senior moderators or project leads.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in content moderation decisions.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project workflow and meet daily quotas.
* Provide constructive feedback on guidelines and processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
* Participate in training sessions and stay updated on evolving content policies and platform features.
* Document moderation decisions and escalate trends or recurring issues as required.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in content moderation, data entry, or a similar role is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using online tools and platforms.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content appropriately.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and guidelines.
