Provider Onboarding & Verification Expert( Trust + Supply Quality role)

Role Purpose
The Provider Onboarding & Verification Expert is responsible for ensuring that all service providers onboarded onto the Helprush platform meet defined trust, compliance, and quality standards. This role safeguards customer trust by verifying provider credentials, maintaining supply quality, and enforcing onboarding policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end provider onboarding for new service partners.
Verify provider documents, identity, background checks, as per Helprush policies.
Conduct quality and compliance checks before activating providers on the platform.
Ensure adherence to trust, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with operations, support, and tech teams to resolve onboarding or verification issues.
Maintain accurate provider records and verification status in internal systems.
Identify and flag fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant profiles.
Recommend process improvements to strengthen trust & safety frameworks.
Skills & Competencies

Understanding of compliance, KYC, and background verification
Ability to assess service quality and risk
