About This Role
Our client, a global technology company, is seeking a Public Policy Manager to join its Integrity Regulation Strategy and Policy team. This individual will help shape and influence the company’s approach to content regulation across the Americas, working at the intersection of digital policy, stakeholder engagement, and legislative strategy.

What You Will Work On
Analyze and monitor legislation impacting digital content regulation and advise on strategy and response.
Develop messaging frameworks and engagement plans to support regulatory advocacy efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams—legal, public policy, operations, and others—to align priorities and execute initiatives.
Communicate policy positions, regulatory trends, and best practices to both internal and external stakeholders.
Track developments in digital governance, freedom of expression, and platform regulation, sharing insights with key decision-makers.
Manage sensitive policy topics with professionalism, discretion, and strategic judgment.

What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in public policy, law, international relations, or a related discipline.
7 to 10 years of experience in public policy, government, advocacy, or similar fields.
Strong understanding of internet technologies, digital governance, and freedom of expression issues.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, build consensus, and deliver results across internal teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
Experience handling sensitive information and policy matters with care.
Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required.
