Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in publisher sales, content business generation, policy creation, program management, business strategy, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing and delivering training materials and presentations.
Experience with online advertising technologies, including programmatic advertising, ad serving, and header bidding and knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within the EMEA digital advertising market.
Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fluid environment.
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. In this role, you will represent publishers within EMEA, advocating their needs and driving improvements to their overall experience. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing feedback, communicating updates, providing support to key partners, and representing the company at industry events. This role requires an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks to ensure publisher success.
Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze feedback from publishers within the assigned region on their experience with our products, policies, and processes and communicate to internal product, engineering, policy, and operations teams, owning the feedback loop to ensure timely action.
Develop and deliver training materials and communications to educate publishers on new features, policy updates, standard procedures, and advertiser requirements.
Educate internal stakeholders, providing updates on policy changes, advertiser preferences, and product updates.
Provide support for priority publisher partners within the region, ensuring their needs are met and fostering relationships.
Build relationships internally with regional sales, account management, and support teams to identify potential risks and challenges, develop and implement mitigation strategies and ensure a consistent publisher experience across all touch points.
