Quality Analyst (Trust & Safety)

We are seeking experienced Specialists to support exceptionally sensitive and high‑impact Trust & Safety workflows related to CSAM/CSEM.

In this role, you will act as a final decision-maker on appeals, assess the proportionality of enforcement actions, and help identify policy gaps and emerging child‑safety risks within complex digital environments.

This is a mission‑critical position requiring exceptional judgment, ethical rigor, emotional resilience, and a strong commitment to child protection.

🛡️ Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a final authority on appeals related to child safety enforcement decisions
• Review and assess highly sensitive cases involving online child exploitation risks
• Evaluate enforcement actions for fairness, consistency, and proportionality
• Identify policy gaps, systemic risks, and trend signals to improve safety frameworks
• Contribute to policy development and governance discussions
• Collaborate with Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, and relevant external partners
• Apply trauma‑informed and child‑centered decision‑making principles
• Maintain strict confidentiality, legal compliance, and ethical standards

• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
