What You’ll Do:

✅ Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goals
✅ Deliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plans
✅ Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements
✅ Manage quality systems and support operational projects
✅ Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes

What You Need:

✔ Fluent in PERSIAN & English(Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+))
✔ Min. 1 Year Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)
✔ Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
✔ Confidence with Excel, reporting, and data analysis
✔ Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
