We are now looking for a dynamic and positive Quality Assurance Analyst to join and strengthen our growing operations in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the quality sample of the clients for whom it applies, to ascertain the accuracy with which the client qualifies Besedo.
• Maintain constant communication with your manager, team leader(s) of the assignment, Team Manager, Client Partner or Assignment Manager to report trends that may be impacting the results.
• Document the minutes with key trends and errors for socializing during monthly quality meetings.
• Participate in weekly meetings with clients to stay updated on rules and changes in processes.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Previous experience in Customer Service or QA roles.
• English Level B2–C1. Additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Fashion knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical thinking.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
