What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and evaluate content moderation for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct audits, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Provide structured feedback and coaching to moderation teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine guidelines and best practices
- Generate reports on quality performance and emerging content trends
- Organize calibration sessions and assess training needs for new hires
- Support problem-solving initiatives with data-driven insights
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
What You Bring:
- Language Skills: Proficiency (C2) in Dutch, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian plus English (C1+)
- Experience: 1+ year in quality assurance, content moderation, or trust & safety
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Tech Knowledge: Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), typing speed 20+ WPM
