Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Dublin and focuses on ensuring quality assurance in content moderation and trust & safety processes. The Quality Expert will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving systems and procedures related to content integrity. Daily tasks will include conducting quality audits, analyzing performance data, implementing quality improvements, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Quality Management and implementing Quality Systems
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess processes and recommend improvements
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is an advantage
