Equity based Role.

About the Company
TGRÉON is building next-generation luxury smart glasses at the intersection of optics, design, and intelligent systems. Our mission is to create human-centered wearables that feel effortless, elegant, and trustworthy—without compromising privacy, safety, or performance.
We are early-stage, founder-led, and moving from concept into prototype and pilot manufacturing.

The Role
We’re seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Advisor to guide our early compliance strategy across hardware, RF, privacy, and wearable regulations. This is a strategic advisory role, designed to help us make the right decisions early—before costly redesigns or certification delays.
You will not be responsible for day-to-day filings, but rather for setting the roadmap, identifying risks, and advising leadership as we scale.

What You’ll Advise On
* Regulatory Pathways
* FCC (RF exposure, wireless compliance)
* CE / UKCA readiness (future expansion)
* Consumer electronics safety standards
* Privacy & Data Considerations
* Camera-enabled wearable risk
* Visual data capture, consent, and bystander privacy
* High-level guidance on data handling best practices
* Product Design for Compliance
* Early feedback on design decisions that impact certification
* Trade-offs between hardware features and regulatory burden
* Red-flag risks before they become blockers
* Go-to-Market Readiness
* Compliance implications for pilots, demos, and beta programs
* Advisory input for investor diligence and partnerships

Who We’re Looking For
* Experience with consumer electronics, wearables, AR/VR, or IoT
* Familiarity with FCC, CE, and global compliance frameworks
* Background in:
* Regulatory affairs
* Product compliance
* Hardware certification
* Privacy or trust & safety (especially visual tech)
Bonus (not required):
* Experience advising startups
* Background with camera-enabled or always-on devices

Engagement Model
* Time: ~2–4 hours per month (flexible)
* Cadence: Monthly or milestone-based check-ins
* Compensation: Advisory equity grant (details discussed individually)
* Term: 6–12 months, renewable

Why This Role Matters
This advisor will help ensure:
* We design with compliance in mind, not around it
* We move faster by avoiding regulatory rework
* We build trust—with users, partners, and future regulators

How to Apply
