Responsibilities
About the Team
The Account & Youth Safety (AYS) Reports & Insights Team is an enablement team with a mission to provide clear, timely, data-driven reports and insights to operations teams to keep our platform safe. We enable rapid decision-making, performance visibility, and continuous improvement across Account & Youth Safety.
- Architect and maintain core metrics, scorecards, and interactive dashboards
- Drive performance through granular targets, root-cause analysis, and automated reporting
- Empower decisions with ad hoc insights, strategic guidance, and actionable business intelligence

Responsibilities:
1. Design, update, and implement moderation performance data metrics & attribution frameworks.
2. Set granular targets and design performance scorecards, monitor target completion rates, navigate root causes and coordinate cross functional (XFN) solutions for performance driving.
3. Develop and maintain strategic data dashboards and automation solutions.
4. Conduct topic deep-dive analysis to enable cross-functional (XFN) decision making.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in math/statistics/computer science/information systems related majors.
2. 3-5 years of data analysis, business insights enablement or business intelligence experience.
3. Profound knowledge of content moderation operations and strategies, such as quality measurement, capacity planning, target setting and performance scorecard planning, etc.
4. Professionalism in metric systems setup, attribution analysis and target setting methodologies.
5. Proficiency in Data Visualization (Tableau/Power BI), SQL & Excel, Statistics, (Python as a plus).
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal English.
7. Experience using Datapower & Aeolus and other TnS platforms as a plus.
