Safety Operation Specialist (Trust & Safety experience is acceptable)

Responsibilities:

-Handle user complaints related to WeChat account reviews, such as account ban.

(Thisis not a customer service role, no direct interaction with user required)

-Review accounts and make decisions based on platform policies and guidelines;

-Collaborate with relevant teams to identify process imrpovements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in appeals handling workflow.

Diploma's degree and above in any discipline;

-At least 6 months of experience in account review, fraud or risk detection, or a similar role;

-Familarity with WeChat and common types of online fraus;

-Proficient in reading and understanding complex content in Mandarin;

-Detail-oriented, patient, and able to perform well udner pressure in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment

-Willingness to work in shifts or on public holiday is preferred
