Job Title : Seller Policy Management Specialist (Seller Performance)
What will you do?
The Seller Policy Team is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators of sellers, who are the backbone of e-commerce sales. Our role is to manage sellers who negatively impact customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with marketplace policies. By adhering to Coupang’s service processing standards, we aim to enhance the overall customer experience through seller performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage seller account statuses, including sales suspension and resumption, in accordance with seller policy guidelines.
•Review and process seller appeals and responses efficiently.
•Develop and execute operational strategies from both customer and seller perspectives.
•Draft and optimize SOPs while proposing process improvements for internal operations.
•Propose new policies to enhance seller management frameworks.
•Perform data analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in seller management, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
•Ability to manage diverse tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across departments.
•Proficiency in English is required; Fluency in Korean is a great plus.
Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility.
