About the Role:

Job Title: Trust & Safety Contractor III
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct robust RCAs for major business-impacting incidents and workflow escalations across Access, Scams, Verified, Advertiser Verification, and triage portfolios.
Develop and deliver qualitative operational insights for program managers, policy, product, compliance, and leadership.
Drive documentation of process enhancements, post-mortem learnings, and best practices to improve Verification Ops efficiency and resilience.
Support execution of internal initiatives (e.g., Verification Operations Quality Uplift, Advertiser Risk Reduction, Fast-Track Trust Remediation).
Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate strategic projects, risk alerts, and compliance reviews.
Enhance process documentation, SOPs, and onboarding for new team members.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform operational strategies.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in operations analysis, content moderation, risk management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with vendors or external partners is a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management principles is desirable.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.

Years of Experience: 4-5 years of experience.
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in operations analysis, content moderation, risk management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with root cause analysis, incident management, and operational documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
Experience working with vendors or external partners is a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management principles is desirable.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $35/Hr – $45/Hr. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
