SMX is seeking a Senior Counter Terrorism (CT) All-source Analysts to implement the four priorities of analytical methodologies in support of SOCPAC. The ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills, be a self-starter and be comfortable operating in a high-place ambiguous environment. Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills to work well with multiple stakeholders (up, down and lateral).

This position requires a DoD TS/SCI which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Anti-western threats associated with violent extremist networks
Host Nation threats
Socio- political environment
Crisis Response Contractor (Analyst) will be proficient in Steady-State, Crisis, and Predictive Intelligence coverage of South Asia/Southeast Asia, facilitating both CONOP development and support for USINDOPACOM, USSOCOM, SOCPAC and interagency planning to develop a full range of Special Operations options.
Assist in defining analytical and collection requirements, training (virtual or physical) of PACOM Augmentation Teams, Components, Task Forces, support to PACOM Assessments, national Intelligence Community level discussions and working groups, Link Analysis, Source Directed Requirements and provide predictive analysis to the Commander and Staff.
Provide Steady-State, Crisis, and Predictive Intelligence coverage of South Asia/Southeast Asia, facilitating both CONOP development and support for USINDOPACOM, USSOCOM, SOCPAC and interagency planning to develop a full range of Special Operations options.
Maintain steady-state coverage of South Asia/Southeast Asia to support SOCPAC’s efforts to provide strategic-level analysis in niche areas to USINDOPACOM and the Intelligence Community efforts.
Use information derived from all intelligence disciplines to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action.
Research, analyze and develop complex analytical products which provide a robust understanding of the dynamic environment in given operationally focused areas.
Research and develop critical factors analysis and deliver into intelligence products. Participate in committees and working groups concerned with developing or revising OPLANs, CONPLANs, intelligence architectures and theater and national intelligence.
Conduct research and analysis on a wide variety of topics relating to Contingency Operations in the USINDOPACOM Area of Operations (AOR) utilizing several intelligence software tools to include RMT TAC, FADE/MIST, Palantir, CIDNE, etc.
Provide intelligence analysis and production relative to an assigned area(s) in political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, technical, or military conditions for one or more foreign countries.
Maintain liaison with personnel in assigned and related fields, such as those in other intelligence agencies and allied foreign governments, to discuss mutual intelligence problems and production efforts.
Participates in interagency and international meetings and conferences.
Deliver technical insight into intelligence matters relevant to the command.
Provide intelligence support for OPLAN, CONPLAN and crisis development.
Provide intelligence expertise and support to COMSOCPAC, SOCPAC Staff, and Component Commands through the various intelligence products, briefings, and forums to include INTSUMs, CUB, Daily Read book, O&I, Information Papers, and Current Threat Briefs.
Work in tandem with the Joint Intelligence Control Element (JISE), USINDOPACOM JIOC and USSOCOM to de-conflict intelligence collection, production, and federation of intelligence support.
Provide operational and regional analysis, Geopolitical Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, collection management, and Find- Fix-Finish Exploit and Assess (F3EA) targeting cycle.
CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
Deployments of no more than 120 days may be required throughout the theater or CONUS.
Required Skills & Experience

Must have a DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.
Master’s degree (MA/MS) in a social science discipline
Eight (8) years of experience in CT and Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO) intelligence analysis, with at least two (2) years supporting SOF.
Five (5) years of experience at the operational level conducting regional analysis, Geopolitical Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, collection management, and Find- Fix-Finish Exploit and Assess (F3EA) targeting cycle.
Three (3) years of experience with identity studies (e.g., anthropology, sociology, political science, etc.) or development economics.
Five (5) years intelligence experience with analysis, reporting and briefing in a DoD setting.
Four (4) years of experience using theater and national level intelligence automated information, intelligence, and communication systems, tools, databases, and programs.
Desired Skills & Experience

Three (3) to five (5) years of operational experience in GWOT
Three (3) to five (5) years of operational experience in the INDOPACOM Theater
Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
High degree of interpersonal skills to work well with multiple stakeholders (up, down and lateral)
