We are actively looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Content Moderation (Trust & Safety) program in Alabang. If you have a strong BPO leadership background and hands-on experience in Trust & Safety, this is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role.


Role Overview

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale content moderation operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance across teams while driving operational excellence.

🔹 Key Requirements (Must-Have)
Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager in a BPO setup
Mandatory: Experience in Trust & Safety / Content Moderation (at a Manager level)
Proven experience in team leadership, KPI management, and stakeholder handling
Ability to start immediately
Willing to work onsite in Alabang

Preferred Skills
Strong background in Content Moderation operations
Experience managing large teams and high-volume workflows
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
💰 Compensation
Salary budget: Up to ₱110,000
