As a Senior Product Associate in Validation Services, part of Trust & Safety for JPM Payments, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research, discovery, and market analysis.

  • Partners with cross-functional teams (sales, technology, commercialization) and manages internal and external stakeholders to align on business and client priorities.

  • Proactively manages the product pipeline, anticipating ecosystem needs and market trends to deliver best-in-class offerings.

  • Plans for upstream and downstream impacts of new product features to ensure a seamless overall product experience.

  • Executes distribution and channel strategies to scale the business in the US and priority global markets.

  • Develops and streamlines client onboarding processes, ensuring efficient time-to-market and adherence to risk and control standards.

  • Manages pilot programs and drives successful commercialization of new products.

  • Develops high-quality collateral, tracks product performance and business KPIs, and writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Has Bachelors or Master’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated prior experience of product development and working with technology teams.
  • Proven experience in partnership management and client facing.
  • Client first approach, ownership mindset, and strong PnL focus.
  • Strong regulatory and controls mindset to execute on deliverables leveraging the internal processes.
  • Experience in working and aligning with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders towards the common objective.
  • Proficient with API driven product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience with Trust & Safety services such Account Validation, Identity Verification and/or Know your Customer/Business products and services.
  • Understanding of B2B products & services.
