  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 6 years of experience within platform, infrastructure, or regulated product areas with user-facing experiences (e.g. privacy, security, trust & safety).
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience developing product strategies and launching technical products.
  • Experience in public policy or relevant international regulatory frameworks (e.g., ePrivacy, GDPR, DMA).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading and partnering with high-performing cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, Data Science, etc.).
  • Outstanding collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Track record of leading through ambiguity, managing customer/client needs, and navigating a complex, multi-layered stakeholder landscape.

As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Translate fragmented global regulatory requirements into scalable product requirements. Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
  • Analyze quantitative signals and qualitative insights to prioritize a high-impact roadmap.
  • Build durable, long-term capabilities that future-proof the company. Facilitate launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Legal to influence decentralized teams, design user-centric and coherent experiences across product surfaces, and deliver critical compliance and strategic milestones, while maintaining a high bar for product excellence.
