Come join the AWS Payments & Fraud Prevention team as a Senior Product Manager - External Services, you will own fraud prevention strategy for AWS customer signup and AI services.

We are seeking a product leader who will be the single-threaded owner for two of the fast evolving fraud domains in AWS — account signup abuse and AI services fraud. Simultaneously, you will build a comprehensive strategy and implement durable mechanisms to protect AWS AI services like Bedrock and Kiro from fraudulent activity. The ideal candidate combines strong fraud or security domain knowledge with product management expertise and a proven track record of delivering products at scale.

Synthesize quantitative performance metrics — fraud rates, false positive rates, and enforcement accuracy — with qualitative feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Define product roadmaps that balance fraud prevention effectiveness with customer experience.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity independently and drive clarity where none exists
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate product development, research, and decision-making Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in fraud prevention, trust & safety, or security domains
- Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML products that solve complex customer problems at scale
- Track record of influencing cross-functional roadmaps across engineering, science, and security teams
