Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive Trust & Safety solutions, incorporating a range of technologies including AI/ML, data analytics, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's product and service offerings related to Trust & Safety.
Translate complex client requirements and industry challenges into robust and scalable technical solutions.
Ensure solutions are designed with a focus on effectiveness, efficiency, user experience, and adherence to privacy and ethical guidelines.
Create and present solution blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Proactive Pitch Development:
Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Trust & Safety domain.
Proactively develop and articulate compelling value propositions and solution concepts for potential clients.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create tailored presentations and demonstrations that showcase our capabilities.
Build and maintain a repository of reusable solution components and pitch materials.
RFP/RFI Response Management:
Lead the technical response to RFPs, RFIs, and other client solicitations related to Trust & Safety.
Thoroughly analyze RFP requirements and develop a winning solution strategy.
Write clear, concise, and persuasive technical proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, engineering, legal, security) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment.
Manage timelines and deliverables for technical proposal components.
Client Engagement & Technical Expertise:
Serve as a primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for clients and internal teams on Trust & Safety solutions.
Conduct discovery workshops and meetings to understand client needs and challenges.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives and technical teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Thought Leadership & Collaboration:
Stay abreast of the latest advancements, best practices, and regulatory changes in the Trust & Safety field.
Contribute to the development of white papers, blog posts, and other thought leadership content.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence the roadmap based on market needs and client interactions.
Mentor and share knowledge with other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a solution architect, pre-sales engineering, or similar technical role.
Proven experience in the Trust & Safety domain, with a strong understanding of concepts such as:
Content Moderation (text, image, video)
Spam and Abuse Detection
Fraud Prevention (e.g., account takeover, payment fraud)
Identity Verification and Authentication
Risk Scoring and Management
Online Harassment and Misinformation
Child Safety
Demonstrable experience leading and contributing to successful RFP/RFI responses.
Experience in developing and delivering proactive technical pitches and presentations.
Strong understanding of relevant technologies, including:
AI/ML models and platforms for Trust & Safety applications
Data analytics and business intelligence tools
