As a global private company with over 4,000 employees, we’re always looking for passionate, talented individuals to join us. If you're ready to make an impact and help shape the future of work, we’d love to hear from you

What is the opportunity?

We’re looking for a dedicated Privacy Manager to lead and enhance our global privacy and data protection program. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s passionate about privacy and wants to make a difference in how data is used responsibly and compliantly across a growing SaaS organization.

Here is a breakdown of what you can expect:

  • Privacy program management: Own and evolve the company's global privacy compliance framework, ensuring alignment with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable data protection laws.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and HR teams to embed privacy-by-design principles into products, services, and processes.
  • Policy development: Draft, review, and maintain internal and external privacy policies, data protection standards, and employee training materials.
  • Risk assessments: Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) for new and existing processing activities.
  • Vendor management: Review and negotiate data processing agreements (DPAs) and ensure vendor compliance with security and privacy requirements.
  • Incident response: Collaborate with the security team to manage and respond to data breaches and privacy incidents, including notification obligations.
  • Monitoring & reporting: Track regulatory changes, monitor compliance, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Training & awareness: Drive privacy education and awareness initiatives across the organization.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • 4–7+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, legal compliance, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA).
  • Experience with privacy frameworks and tools such as OneTrust, TrustArc, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and security principles in a cloud-based environment.
  • CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or similar certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and educate across all levels of the organization.
  • Organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, scaling company
