About The Team

Outreach is the leading Sales Engagement Platform, helping sales teams increase the pipeline and close more deals. We are committed to fostering a trusted, compliant, and secure platform for our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Trust & Safety Program Manager within the Security organization to champion our commitment to email deliverability and compliance, protecting our platform, brand, and customers from abuse.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trust & Safety Technical Program Manager with a strong focus on email deliverability and compliance to define, build, and manage our anti-abuse program and overall email governance strategy. This role operates as a Technical Program Manager, owning the execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, security, legal, and other teams. You will translate complex technical, regulatory, and abuse-prevention requirements into structured programs, clear technical requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Location

While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This role is categorized as hybrid and it is expected you live in a reasonable proximity to the office in Prague so you would be able to connect with your team on regular basis, attend in-person meetings and company events.

This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.
