  • Draft and manage user-facing policies including Community Guidelines, Safety Principles, and Trust Center content.
  • Lead risk assessments for new products or features (harm modeling, privacy and safety intersectional review).
  • Advise on ethical product design decisions related to content, privacy, and transparency.
  • Drive transparency initiatives including safety updates, reporting frameworks, and community communications.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Privacy & Data Protection Manager to align product guidance with compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Trust & Safety Operations to translate policies into scalable enforcement guidance.
  • Own policy documentation, change management, and internal communications to ensure consistent understanding and enforcement.
  • Monitor global developments in privacy, safety, and digital regulation to anticipate and mitigate future risks.
  • Represent Linktree externally in trust and safety working groups, privacy coalitions, and industry forums.
  • Develop internal communication and training that reinforces trust, privacy, and safety principles company-wide.

  • Deep understanding of platform risk, privacy, and user trust principles.
  • Experienced at bridging product, legal, and policy worlds to find balanced solutions.
  • Exceptional writer and communicator with a talent for clarity and nuance.
  • Strategic thinker who can craft frameworks and translate them into practice.
  • Comfortable in external settings—representing Linktree’s policy positions to peers and partners.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of online platform dynamics.
