Senior Violent Extremism Researcher

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on violent extremism, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights
Ensure the highest quality and standards in the research delivery to our clients, maintaining a high level of accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail
Develop research methodologies and frameworks, continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in the field of violent extremism, actively seeking opportunities for knowledge expansion
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the department.
Review, edit, and synthesize multiple reports from other analysts into unified, client-ready outputs.

Requirements:
Research experience of 5+ years in the academia, journalism, government or private sector in the field of violent extremism - MUST
A proven experience in intelligence, online investigations, or related fields - MUST
Proven experience in writing detailed reports in English - MUST
OSINT experience – MUST
Experience collecting and analysing primary data on terror and other extremist groups - MUST
Native or near-native Arabic proficiency, with proven ability to conduct professional, research-level analysis and write in Arabic - significant advantage.
Additional language skills - advantage
