The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Social Media Moderator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
•    Reviewing, responding, and moderating comments and direct messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), and escalating complex or sensitive issues to higher management or specialized teams
•    Ensuring all content adheres to community guidelines, legal policies, and platform standards, and maintaining a positive user experience by ensuring a safe and respectful online environment
•    Identifying and flagging inappropriate content such as offensive language, graphic images, hate speech, or spam
•    Maintaining a thorough understanding of community standards, policies, and trends
•    Providing feedback and suggestions for improving moderation processes
Your Skills and Expertise  
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) 
•    Three (3) years of social media moderation, community management, or a related field experience in a private, public, government or military environment such as in customer service
•    Strong communication skills, particularly on reading and writing in Japanese. 
•    Experience with specific platforms or social media networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
•    This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least 4 days per week in the 3M locations
•    Location for this role is at Minatomieai office,Yokohama city  or  *Head office,Tokyo Shinagawa *negatiable
•    Travel: not required
•Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
•    Five (5) years proven experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field in a private, public, government or military environment 
•    Preferred skills include:
o    Strong understanding of internet culture, trends, and online behavior
o    Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.)
o    Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions
o    Knowledge of legal issues related to online content (e.g., copyright, harassment)

<求められるスキルと専門知識>
学士号以上
企業、プライベート、公共、政府でのソーシャルメディアモデレーション、コミュニティ管理、または関連分野での3年の経験(顧客サービスなど)が望ましい。
特に日本語での読み書きにおけるコミュニケーションスキル
特定のプラットフォームやソーシャルメディアネットワーク(例:Facebook、Instagram、YouTube)での経験
この役割はオンサイト勤務モデルで、少なくとも週4日間、3Mの勤務地で働きます。
勤務地は横浜のみなとみらいオフィスまたは東京品川の本社です。(要相談)

カスタマーコンタクトセンターの組織内で勤務しますので、製品知識などは部内でトレーニングします。
