In this role, your responsibilities will include:


Driving profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights, designing, and implementing new solutions that integrate strategy, technology, people, and process to deliver meaningful outcomes, leveraging Accenture’s four services: Strategy & Consulting, Song, Technology, and Operations.
Cultivating new client relationships, developing opportunities, and expanding our market reach and impact.
Evaluating strategic recommendations for clients based on comprehensive analysis.
Collaborating with clients to define their business objectives and develop actionable strategies.
Facilitating workshops, presentations, and other engagements to communicate strategic insights and recommendations.
Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across project teams, fostering an innovative work environment.
Supporting the creation of market and industry-relevant thought leadership and assets, showcasing our expertise.
Contributing to the overall practice development initiatives and helping us to evolve our talent, suite of capabilities, and solutions.


Qualifications

We are looking for the following profiles and skills:


Must have prior strategy, management, business or technology Consulting experience (preferably in Software, Social Media/Online Platforms, High Tech, Communications, Media, or related industries).
Ability to distil complex challenges and opportunities into structured and logical delivery frameworks or methodologies.
Proven ability to conduct thorough research and analysis, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights.
Expertise in consulting methodologies and project management techniques.
Experience in leveraging functional skills, tools, and technologies to deliver consulting solutions.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to excellence and results.
Proven track record of leading complex engagements across the end-to-end project/product lifecycle, both virtually and on-site.
Proven experience in developing and managing relationships with client executives.
Ability to encourage and empower high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, planning, influencing, and prioritization skills.
Passion for the industry, staying abreast of the latest trends and developments.


Set yourself apart:


Experience driving growth in market segments, business consulting, or defining and executing business strategy in a relevant industry.
Experience in some of these areas: SMB sales and engagement, SMB Marketing, Regulatory Readiness, Scaled Operations, Internal Function Transformation, Trust & Safety, Social Commerce and Payments, Cloud, VR/AR, Gaming, and Data & Generative AI.
Relevant industry certifications
Degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent)
