Maximize Your Impact with TP

Welcome to TP, a global hub of innovation and empowerment, where we redefine the future. With a remarkable €10 billion annual revenue and a global team of 500,000 employees serving 170 countries in over 300 languages, we lead in intelligent, digital-first solutions.

As a Great Place to Work certified in 72 countries, our culture thrives on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We value your unique perspective and believe that your talent is the missing piece that completes our vision for a brighter, digitally driven tomorrow.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will lead the design of end-to-end Trust & Safety ecosystems that combine human expertise, AI/ML, automation, and analytics to deliver measurable impact on platform safety, compliance, and user trust. As a senior member of TP.ai Data Services reporting to the SVP of Trust & Safety, you will act as both a hands-on solution architect and a strategic advisor, working with Fortune 500 clients, internal stakeholders, and technology partners to create solutions that balance policy enforcement, operational efficiency, and responsible AI adoption.

The Responsibilities & Duties

  • Drive the design of end-to-end Trust & Safety solutions, spanning content moderation, policy enforcement, child safety, fraud prevention, IP protection, brand integrity, misinformation mitigation, and emerging harms.
  • Translate client requirements, policy frameworks, and regulatory mandates into globally deployable operating models that combine people, process, and technology.
  • Design scalable delivery frameworks that integrate human-in-the-loop workflows with AI/ML classifiers, automation pipelines, abuse simulation, and advanced analytics.
  • Lead solution workshops and RFP responses, clearly articulating value propositions, technical frameworks, and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and C-Suite client executives to align and co-create solutions tailored to platform-specific challenges and multi-faceted geographical components.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to global clients, helping them navigate safety risks, regulatory complexity, and technology adoption.
  • Embed compliance with global safety regulations (EU AI Act, DSA, COPPA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPL) and platform-specific rules into solution designs.
  • Ensure solutions align with Responsible AI principles: bias mitigation, explainability, fairness, and accountability.
  • Anticipate emerging regulatory and industry standards (e.g., C2PA, watermarking, provenance tools) to build future-proof architectures.
  • Define frameworks and centralized resources for AI model model capabilities, workflow overviews (including quality assurance and training), RFP response templates, and pricing.
  • Establish audit-ready quality systems, escalation protocols, and KPI frameworks to ensure measurable business and safety outcomes.
  • Collaborate with TP.ai’s product, technology, and analytics teams to embed cutting-edge capabilities such as real-time risk monitoring, automated detection, and abuse red-teaming.
  • Drive an innovation pipeline that incubates and scales solutions for Generative AI risks (deepfakes, misinformation, hallucinations, prompt injection, adversarial attacks).

The Qualifications

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in Trust & Safety solution design, enterprise architecture, or digital risk operations, with proven expertise in multi-geo/global programs.
  • Knowledge of content moderation workflows, fraud/risk detection, misinformation mitigation, and brand/IP protection.

Desired

  • Demonstrated success in architecting enterprise-scale T&S programs that combine policy, compliance, technology, and operations.
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML systems, automation, annotation platforms, classifier optimization, and MLOps pipelines.
  • Experience across multiple verticals (social platforms, gaming, e-commerce, BFSI, healthcare)
  • Familiarity with safety-specific regulations, watermarking/provenance tools (C2PA), and red-teaming frameworks.

Prior experience in consulting, enterprise solutioning, or pre-sales for digital safety programs.
