Spanish GenAI Trust & Safety Specialist - Athens

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking GenAI Trust & Safety Specialist on behalf of our BPO client to support and contribute to projects focused on making Artificial Intelligence systems safer, more reliable, and responsible.

In this role, you will help improve AI models by reviewing, evaluating, and classifying digital content according to established guidelines. Your work will support the development and improvement of AI systems by providing high-quality data and insights into how AI performs in different scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify content according to client guidelines and safety standards.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses and identify potential risks, inaccuracies, or policy-related issues.
• Provide high-quality data to support AI model training and improvement.
• Create and evaluate prompts, including complex and sensitive scenarios, to test AI performance across different use cases.
• Analyze AI behavior and provide feedback to improve system reliability.
• Record and submit voice prompts, including challenging and edge-case scenarios, to support the evaluation of speech-based AI systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex content-related issues while collaborating with Trust & Safety teams.

• Native or near-native Spanish
• Fluent in English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and evaluation tools
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends
• Based or able to relocate to Greece

• €1,045 gross/month × 14 salaries per year
