Job Description

The Product Technical Training Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of technical training programs for USCAN Field Service Representatives. This role acts as a central coordination point for training operations, supporting People Leaders with structured guidance on training pathways, compliance requirements, and timelines.

The position plays a critical role in optimizing training seat utilization, enabling rapid onboarding of new hires, addressing compliance gaps, and maintaining strong communication and reporting frameworks for field leadership.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

31,200 to 39,000 USD
