The Sr Fraud Prevention Analyst supports LS&Co.'s Enterprise Fraud & Abuse Program by identifying, investigating, and helping mitigate fraud, abuse, and misuse across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
The primary focus of this role is ecommerce fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and fraud investigations supporting the U.S. and Canada business. The Sr Fraud Prevention Analyst will also provide investigative and analytical support for customer care and physical retail fraud and abuse matters, helping identify connections and trends across channels.
This role combines fraud operations, investigative casework, transaction review, and data-driven analysis to protect revenue, inventory, customer experience, and brand trust. The analyst leverages fraud tools, operational data, investigative techniques, and emerging technologies to identify risks, detect fraud patterns, and support informed business decisions.
The position supports the LS&Co.'s Enterprise Fraud & Abuse Center of Excellence (CoE). The role reports to the Director, Global Security and operates within a matrixed support model. While organizationally aligned to Global Security, the role maintains a primary functional reporting relationship to the Manager, Ecommerce Fraud & Risk, who provides day-to-day operational direction, coaching, prioritization, and performance oversight for ecommerce fraud operations. This includes responsibility for transaction review workflows, queue management, fraud policy execution, fraud analytics, abuse investigations, reporting, SLA adherence, and fraud prevention initiatives supporting the US and Canada ecommerce business. The role will partner closely with Global Security on broader cross-channel investigations, organized fraud activity, and enterprise fraud and abuse initiatives, while serving as a key operational bridge between ecommerce, consumer care, retail investigations, and revenue protection functions.
