What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Security Product Management, you will lead a team responsible to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of security products and capabilities across security capabilities like Product Security, AI Security, Data Security, Platform Security, Trust & Safety. You will define and drive the security product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and customer needs. Acting as a bridge between technical and business leaders, you will shape security product strategy, influence direction, and ensure our solutions reduce risk while enabling innovation and business growth.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Director, Security Strategy & Delivery.

Responsibility

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Security TPMs, ensuring clarity of vision, accountability, and career development
Guide capability owners to think and operate like product managers—encouraging them to define vision, understand user needs, and prioritize features for their security domains
Oversee execution of multiple security programs (Product, AI, Data, Platform, Trust & Safety etc), ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities
Define and drive the security product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, evolving threats, and enterprise priorities
Oversee research and assessment of the current security state, identifying gaps and prioritizing initiatives based on risk, impact, and stakeholder feedback
Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, compliance, and business teams to embed security-by-design principles throughout the product lifecycle
Champion a user-centric approach to security, balancing robust protection with seamless user experience
Synthesize stakeholder and customer feedback, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Establish clear program structures, metrics, and reporting mechanisms (KPIs/OKRs) to measure and communicate program effectiveness, maturity, and business impact
Translate complex security and technical risks into clear business impacts for executives and stakeholders
Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous learning within the security product management team

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

8+ years of experience in technical program management and Cybersecurity with 5+ years in managing TPMs or equivalent program leaders
Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology or Computer Science or Cybersecurity
Experience with security domains like product security, AI/ML risk, data protection, platform security, and trust and safety
Experience building trust with leaders and teams; strong communicator adept at driving consensus in cross-functional environments
Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with business acumen, guiding TPMs to deliver measurable impact
Experience leveraging product management frameworks to shape strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver security capabilities with a product mindset
Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions
Experience building and scaling TPM organizations in high-growth or large enterprise environments
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, FedRamp, AI risk standards)
Track record of driving organizational change and security culture transformation
Strong ability to define strategy, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results at enterprise scale
Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to embed security-by-design principles throughout the product lifecycle
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product-like roadmaps for security capabilities, with clear metrics and KPIs to measure impact
Ability to translate complex technical and security risks into clear business terms for executive and non-technical audiences
Experience with market analysis, user research, and competitive benchmarking to inform security strategy and capability development

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $177,900.00 - $287,425.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $170,900.00 - $241,400.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $170,900.00 - $251,325.00 base salary

This Role Is Also Eligible For The Following

Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
