We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior Gaming Integrity Operational Specialist to conduct and execute Security and Surveillance obligations in relation to Land Based Gaming contract management, the Self Exclusion/Facial Recognition program and the Gaming Integrity Ontario program ensuring compliance within Responsible Gaming standards as well as Conduct and Manage obligations.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Sr Manager Gaming Integrity, Casino & Charitable Gaming, you will be empowered to:
Maintain all data in the iTrak database, identifying any issues and following up with appropriate site gaming Security staff to rectify any issues found to maintain data accuracy
Complete data entry, and data validation, on multiple platforms with a high attention to detail and accuracy, to maintain adherence to established data entry standards
Review all Facial Recognition entries daily to ensure that applicable patron images are enabled/disabled as required
Coordinate, conduct, and document predetermined reviews, daily validation and updates of Self-Exclusion information in accordance with Corporate Security validation requirements to ensure a focus on policy adherence and quality control
Maintain the iTrak User’s Manual and Best Practices Log to maintain additions, omissions, and updates as required to ensure that the system is functioning with up-to-date practices
Collaborate with Responsible Gaming and vendor resource to convert revised ban forms to crystal reports and to develop and execute a centralized response to iTrak enquires from all gaming sites with varying requests to ensure accurate security communication
Prepare, analyze and release data to appropriate internal business units/stakeholders upon request and communicate directly with OLG gaming sites to rectify issues to ensure accurate data tracking
Work closely with Gaming Marketing, Customer Relationship Management department personnel, and vendor/internal groups to resolve Self Exclusion related ban discrepancies between iTrak and PIR systems
Prepare and compile iTrak Ad-Hoc reports, quarterly FR Quality Test assurance reports, provide support to iTrak users on Ad-Hoc report creation
Conduct analytics within the Gaming Integrity Ontario (G.I.O.) program including review of Daily Flash Reports
Execute the administration of the Security/Surveillance Evidence Retention, Release and Destruction program as performing quarterly audits, redacting evidence as per OLG and privacy standards to ensure accurate security data tracking
What You Need To Play
Work Experience: 5 years of experience in a security and/or surveillance role
Knowledge & Education:
University or college degree/diploma in business or technology or equivalent work experience with focus in Analytics, Business, CCTV, IP camera systems, electronics, networking or related discipline.
Expert technical skills pertaining to integrated databases and software programs
Understanding of how databases and systems interact with one another
iTrak Incident Reporting System knowledge an asset
Facial Recognition Image enrollment and photo quality knowledge is an asset
